Unusual Bentwood Furniture

Thonet along with the other Bentwood manufacturers didn't just make chairs. They also produced many other items of furniture, from hatstands to cradles, beds to card tables and much more. They didn't just design and produce for homes, many pieces were made for shops and advertising too. These are a few examples of those items.

Bentwood Coat and stick stand

This is a lovely Art Deco Hat Stand with mirror in a mahogany stain. It has a chest height drawer with space for umbrellas and walking sticks below.
